ParvinVolunteers.org may collect information from our users at several different points on our website. ParvinVolunteers.org is the sole owner of the information collected on this site. We will not sell, share, or rent this information to others in ways different from what is disclosed in this statement.
If you have an account on this site or have left comments, you can request to receive an exported file of the personal data we hold about you, including any data you have provided to us. You can also request that we erase any personal data we hold about you. This does not include any data we are obliged to keep for administrative, legal, or security purposes.
Personally Identifiable Information
Under the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), customers have the right to request that all their personal data be removed from a website. We do not store any of this personal data on our website.

Registration
In order to order merchandise from this website, a user may be required to complete a registration form and provide their contact information. This information is used to contact the user about the services on our site for which they have expressed interest. It is optional, but encouraged, for the user to provide more specific demographic information (such as industry and job title) and unique identifiers so we can give you a more personalized experience on our site.
Google
This website may use Google services such as Fonts, Analytics or Maps. Google is GDPR complaint.
For uniform, attractive representation of fonts, this page uses web fonts provided by Google. When you open a page, your browser loads the required web fonts into your browser cache to display texts and fonts correctly. For this purpose, your browser has to establish a direct connection to Google servers. Google thus becomes aware that our web page was accessed via your IP address. This constitutes a justified interest pursuant to Art. 6 (1) (f) DSGVO.
If your browser does not support web fonts, a standard font is used by your computer.
Orders
We may request information from the user on any order form. When a user provides contact information (name, shipping address, etc.) or payment/ credit card information, this data is encrypted. it is used for billing purposes and to fill customer orders. If we have trouble processing an order, this contact information is used to get in touch with the user.
Security
This website takes every precaution to protect our users’ information. When users submit sensitive information via the website, their information is protected both online and offline.
If our registration/order form asks users to enter sensitive information such as credit cards, that information is encrypted and protected with the best encryption software in the industry. When on a secure page such as our order form, the lock icon in your Web browser becomes locked.
While we use SSL encryption to protect sensitive information online, we also do everything in our power to protect user information offline. All our users’ information, not just the sensitive information mentioned above, is restricted in our offices.
Contact Forms
Our Contact forms don’t store data, but they do handle user-submitted data. We collect the data shown in the comments form, and also the visitor’s IP address and browser user agent string to help spam detection.
The data is stored temporarily only for transmission purposes. Once the form is sent, the data is no longer stored.
Cookies
A cookie is a piece of data stored on the user’s hard drive containing information about the user. ParvinVolunteers.org may use cookies during the order process.
Log Files
We use IP addresses to analyze trends, administer the site, track users’ movements, and gather broad demographic information for aggregate use. IP addresses are not linked to personally identifiable information.
Sharing
We may use outside shipping companies to ship orders, and credit card processing companies to bill users for goods and services. These companies do not retain, share, store or use personally identifiable information for any secondary purposes.
We may partner with another party to provide specific services. When the user signs up for these services, we will share names, or other contact information that is necessary for the third party to provide these services. These parties are not allowed to use personally identifiable information except for the purpose of providing these services.

If we decide to change our privacy policy, we will post those changes on this website so our users are always aware of what information we collect, how we use it and under what circumstances, if any, we disclose it. If at any point we decide to use personally identifiable information in a manner different from that stated at the time it was collected, we will notify users by way of an email. Users will have a choice as to whether or not we use their information in this different manner. We will use information in accordance with the privacy policy under which the information was collected.
